The French investment fund GREEN RECOVERY, buys the F406 activity of Reims Aviation in January 2003 to consolidate it into a new structure called Reims Aviation Industries (R.A.I.). The production of the F406 restarts and two aeroplanes are delivered before the summer. The subcontracting activity of Reims Aviation continues as a separate legal entity named REIMS AEROSPACE.

F406 SURPOLMAR first flight. The State of the Art aircraft for maritime surveillance.

REIMS AVIATION AEROSTRUCTURE produces now many airframe parts for Dassault, Airbus and Embraer programs...
1990
The production rate of the F406 Caravan II grows up and new versions come to life.
1989
REIMS AVIATION buys back the shares held by Cessna and becomes a 100% French private aircraft manufacturer. The production of the single engine aircraft is stopped.

REIMS AVIATION celebrates the 6000th aircraft. In 1983 is the first flight of the Reims Aviation F406 Caravan II.

The 5000th aircraft is delivered. It's an F337.
1970
In addition to the Reims-Cessna aircraft, Reims Aviation starts to manufacture airframe parts for Avions Marcel Dassault Falcon's and Mirage III.

Reims Aviation moves to the new Reims-Prunay airfield.

The 200th Reims aircraft is delivered. It's an F172.

Jacques Clostermann becomes Chairman and Managing Director

Reims Aviation is born.
1960
A cooperation is signed with The Cessna Aircraft Company, world first light aircraft manufacturer. This is the beginning of a 20 years collaboration for the manufacturing of all the light aircraft family for the European market.
1959
The Super Broussard MH260 is launched. This twin engine cargo and commuter aircraft for 20 to 23 passengers will then lead to the Nord 262.
1950
Max Holste designs the Broussard MH1521. This single engine all metal aircraft was built for regions with few airport facilities.
1946
Max Holste SA is born, located downtown the city of Reims.
1933
Max Holste builds his first aircraft, the SHB1, a two seater light airplane.
